For New rDVMs Without a VPOP Account:
Click the ‘Refer a Patient’ button below to open our referral form and upload complete patient medical records, radiographs, bloodwork, etc. Acceptable file formats include: BMP, Dicom, JPEG, PNG and TIFF.
After submitting all information, you can create a free VPOP account for future referrals. When setting up your account, go to ‘Settings’ and turn on both ‘Email Notifications’ and ‘Chat Notifications’. This is vital to receive direct updates on your case.

For rDVMs Who Already Have a VPOP Account:
Log into your VPOP account and create a new case by adding all details and uploading all the required documents. Again, acceptable file formats for medical records, radiographs, bloodwork, etc. include BMP, Dicom, JPEG, PNG and TIFF.
Go to the ‘Referral and Sharing’ section.
Click ‘Add Surgeon’, enter the VPOP user email: info@jewelvs.com, then click ‘Add User’. This will allow you to seamlessly refer the case without leaving the platform.
Next, assign the appropriate role to info@jewelvs.com as: Surgeon

Updating an Existing Case:
If you have updates on a case you have already referred, log into your VPOP account and add them directly to the existing case.
Please DO NOT use the online referral form (above) again for updates, as this will create a new case, instead of updating the original.
